Building this website as a live creative process This Kraakwerk website was built through vibe programming: a fast, conversational way of shaping software where the idea, the design and the working code evolve at the same time. Instead of starting with a fixed technical specification, the site grew through small decisions: articles, tags, menus, music projects, galleries, Bandcamp embeds, SoundCloud, standalone code projects and a lightweight admin system. Webbased QLab-style media launcher HT Player is a browser-based media controller for starting live image, video, audio and text cues. It is intended as a lightweight, low-budget alternative to tools like QLab for small performances, installations, try-outs and quick live setups. The player lets you load media, trigger items from a cue list, work with fades and use a separate projector/output window.
